The 50-57A is an adjustable dispenser designed to handle a range of pallet sizes. After setting the guides, a fork truck is used to load the magazine. The bottom pallet is removed with a set of holding bars and a hydraulic lift. The single pallet is then discharged with a drag chain conveyor.

The Newcastle 50-57J is a fully automated, floor-level pallet dispenser and stacker. This unit can handle various pallet sizes and styles and eliminates the physical handling of pallets.

Single pallets are received with conveyor installed inside stacker. A hydraulic lift and parallel holding bars are utilized to fill storage magazine. Full stack is unloaded with a fork truck. Models are available that can discard a full stack to a conveyor.

Single pallets are loaded manually into the holding area. Once the magazine is full, the 40-57 is manually rotated 90° to discharge the stack of pallets to a gravity conveyor. Stacks are then staged on conveyor or removed with a fork truck.
