As product enters the conveyor from multiple lines the singulator de-scrambles the packages. Two sets of skewed rollers move the packages toward the center of the conveyor where they rotate to a lengthwise orientation. Multiple speed changes occur as packages proceed to the discharge end, allowing the product to space and exit in a single file.

The narrow belt sorter utilizes multiple belt to transport product to diverters that have been strategically located along the sorter. Both the Skewed Wheel Diverter and the Roller Diverter can be used as the means of diverting from the Narrow Belt Sorter.

The Pivoting Belt Diverter has a high rate package sortation. As many as 75 cartons may be accurately sorted per minute with belt speeds as high as 300 fpm.

Roach High Speed Sorters were designed in response to an increasing demand for high speed distribution equipment. 75 sorts per minute can be economically and accurately sorted with model HSS2.

The Skewed Wheel Diverter is perfect for quick powered sortation conveyors. This diverter makes changing the direction of flow easy and efficient.

Continuous rotation turntables are effectively used in tight quarters where large radius curves cannot be positioned. A variety of package sizes can be conveyed on this versatile unit.

Need to split product flow while maintaining product pitch? It’s what we designed our high-speed switch to do, and at a speed that can’t be overlooked. We currently have high-speed switches splitting product flow at up to 200 fpm.
Product is transferred along a series of sliding carriers, each of which slides freely on a pair of stainless steel carrier rods. Carrier rods are supported between and driven by a pair of our MonoSpan conveyor chains. Once the flow is split, the product pitch in each output lane will be two times the original pitch for a 1-to-2 lane switch, three times the original pitch for a 1-to-3 lane switch, etc.

The Model ProSort MRT is a sorter for medium-sized items. Product is transported on multiple narrow belts. Rollers pop-up between the belts to transfer items at right angles to the sorter.
